MS Power Point is powerful software of MS Office. Which provides a number of tools to create a good presentation, convinces, motivate and educate to audience about organization. A presentation is a collection of slides. A slide contains text, graphics and object. The extension of power point is .pptx.


Presentation 

Those all methods and process which is used to explain about specific topic and thing to audience is called presentation.


Slide

It is the heart of presentation because we add all aliments of presentation on the slide. There are following aliments of slide. Such as - text, Number, other symbol, audio, video, sound.


Place holder 

Place Holder holds the object in your slide. you can use place holder to hold, text, clip art, and more.


Mine tool bar    

It is types of toolbar. Which is used to format your selected text, such as - Bold, Italic, Font Size, etc.


Slide View 

It is the working view of MS power point. There are six views in power point.

1. Normal View

2. Slider View

3. Outline View

4. Notes Page

5. Slide View

6. Slide Show


Navigation

It is used to complete the slide navigation menu on the left side of the scree.


New Presentation 

it is used to create a new presentation from a blank slide.


Opening a Presentation

It is used to open the created presentation.


Add slide (new slide) 

This option is used to chose the several new slide to the presentation.


Topic Themes

A theme is a use of color font and special effect. Themes provide you attractive background for our point slide.


Change font types and size 

This feature is used to change the font size, font style and language to your current presentation.


Font style and effect

It is a pre-define formatting option that is used to select text like bold, italic and underline, change text color. This option is used to change the color of selected text.


Change paragraph alignment 

It is used to set the alignment for the selected text. There are four types of alignment like - Left, Right, Center and Justify.


Indent Paragraph 

To use this option you can change the paragraph level like left and right indent.


Formatting of Text 

It is used to set the paragraph, bullet and numbering of selected text.


Adding audio 

It is used to add the audio clips on the presentation or slide.


Adding picture

This option is used to add the picture in your document that means slide. You can insert, add clip or image, internal image and wallpaper in your slide.


Add a photo album

MS Power point provides the feature of photo album where use can easily created a photo album to sort picture. 


Animation 

MS Power Point provides four types of animation.

1. Entrance

2. Emphasis

3. Exit

4. Motion Path


Slide Transition 

It means how your presentation moves from one slide to the next slide.


Set up Slide show

 It means display the slide continuously.

 

Timing 

It is used to set the time of slide with audio.


Run your presentation

It means display all slides in full screen to your presentation press F5 button.
